This document defines the rules of use of basilisk.com.br and the relationship between Basilisk and those who browse, contact us or contract our offensive security services.

Formal contracting of any engagement is governed by commercial proposal, specific contract and rules of engagement signed separately — these Terms do not replace a service contract.

Basilisk is a brand operated by Volucer Group, a company registered in Brazil and headquartered in São Paulo/SP. We work exclusively with offensive security for corporate clients: pentest, red team and cloud audit.

Published institutional content (text, brand, visual identity, technical documents) is property of Basilisk and its licensors. Commercial reproduction or redistribution requires written authorization.

It is prohibited to attempt to access restricted areas, perform unauthorized intrusion tests or any activity that affects site availability. For authorized testing or vulnerability reporting, see our responsible disclosure page.

Information provided in forms is treated per our Privacy Policy. Submissions do not constitute a contract — they start an initial commercial conversation.

Proposals issued by Basilisk have validity described in the document itself and become binding only after formal acceptance by both parties.

Each engagement is governed by a specific contract detailing: technical scope, execution window, rules of engagement, deliverables, SLA, confidentiality (NDA) and data handling.

Basilisk operates under express and documented authorization. Tests performed without formal authorization are not conducted by our team under any circumstances.

All findings, evidence and data accessed during engagement are treated as strictly confidential. Internal sharing occurs only among project-authorized team members, under NDA.

At engagement end, sensitive artifacts are destroyed in certified manner per specific contractual clause.

Offensive security reduces risk, not eliminates it. Basilisk delivers the best technical effort available within contracted scope; reports reflect the surface analyzed during test window.

Changes made after delivery, new vectors or flaws outside scope are not covered by the original engagement, unless otherwise contractually agreed.

These Terms may be updated at any time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with last review date at the end.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The jurisdiction of São Paulo/SP is elected as competent to resolve any controversies, except for specific contractual clauses.
